British Pacific has been importing Land Rover parts through Los Angeles for over 30 years. The last two owners have been pilots. It seems as though classic cars and classic aircraft have always gone hand in hand.

Through our connections in the Land Rover world, we have pooled talents to create a new brand of classic aviation images. What started out as a Land Rover venture has grown into a labor of love. By using British Pacific's storefront and web technology we have been able to add our aviation line at a much lower cost than a freestanding venture could.

You can swing by our store any weekday between 8 and 4 to see our products in person.

Our hours:

8:00 AM through 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays (generally the days that UPS is not picking up/delivering).

Directions:

From I-5, off at Magic Mountain Parkway. If heading north, turn left under the freeway, to "The Old Road". If heading south, turn right and right again on to "The Old Road". Take "The Old Road" to Rye Canyon. Turn right on Rye Canyon, back under the 5, to Ave. Stanford. Turn left on Ave. Stanford, up to the first right. That will be Huntington Lane. It's a cul-de-sac, were at the end on the left. Look for Unit 2 in Huntington Plaza. We're close to the major intersection of I-5 and Highway 126 from Ventura.

Methods of payment:

Cash, Check, Money Orders, UPS-COD, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Orders are not shipped unless credit card or check transactions are cleared. COD's and checks must be approved at time of order.

Pricing:

Our printed price list and our Price Lookup databases are taken from files, not in real time. We update them weekly, but changes can occur, and errors may exist. We try hard to hold prices, but supplier cost, tariff, shipping, and customs change constantly: we must reserve the right to change prices at any time, or to correct errors. Once you place your order or quote, it's locked in. Special order items must be paid for in advance, or a deposit may be required. Back ordered items are not paid for until they are shipped to the customer. Prices shown do not include applicable taxes or shipping. Customers outside of California do not pay sales tax: CA residents pay 8.25%. BP salespeople are not on commission, so you can trust what they suggest, and any salesperson can assist you with your order equally well.

Shipping:

The customer pays the cost of shipping from Valencia, California. Price quotes do not include shipping unless specified otherwise. BP uses UPS as it's primary shipper, but we also use FedEx and USPS (mail) as appropriate. We use Overnite for oversize/overweight common carrier freight. The customer may choose their preferred carrier, and BP will give exact shipping quotes upon request. We base shipping costs on actual weight, shipping materials costs, an the time required to pack the item. We do not use shipping as a profit center. Orders received by 1:00 PM Pacific time are usually shipped that day. Items requiring special packing or crating may be delayed: ask your BP sales rep.

Returned Merchandise:

Please do your best to make sure you are ordering what you want, and we'll do the same from our side. If we get it wrong we'll take care of it. If you get it wrong, we expect you to take care of the cost of the return. If you change your mind after placing an order, do not refuse delivery. Notify us ASAP.

All returns require an authorization number: call our 800 line and have your invoice at hand. Please include a copy of the invoice and a brief explanation of the problem with the returned goods. No refunds or returns on electrical parts: exchange only. No refunds after 60 days. Goods must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging to receive full credit.

A restocking fee of between 6% and 20% will be applied to goods returned without authorization, returned more than 60 days from delivery to you, if the part has been fitted, or if the packaging is missing. 6% return fees are applied to credit card transactions because that's what they charge us.

If goods are returned damaged or unusuable we will call you and discuss the situation.

We'll do our best to fix any problems with shipping or defectives promptly. If it's our fault, we'll pay shipping. If you just changed your mind or orderd the wrong thing, we expect you to pay the shipping.

Warranty Information:

All parts sold by BP carry a one year limited replacement warranty. If the part has been abused or fitted incorrectly in our opinion, credit will not be issued. BP assumes no responsibility for the quality of individual parts, regardless of supplier. Any warranty claims are the responsibility of the manufacturer of the part; any collateral damage or labor charges are not covered by BP. We do our best to supply top quality components, but even Genuine replacements can be bad right out of the box. We are only a vendor, not a manufacturer, and the business that supplied the part carries the ultimate responsibility, as does the person that fits the part.
